(I don't want to have to add banana or "milk" of any kind).** A: I use only water, and a shaker bottle, and it comes out perfectly. I didn't even have to shake it all that much. No clumps at all either. Was pleasantly surprised at how good it tastes, and I didn't add anything to it at all, just water and the powder......wasn't even cold water either, but I am sure it would be better cold. My dad liked it room temperature just fine too. **Q: Will this product mix well if shaken or must you use a blender?** A: Shaken it tends to separate a little bit but I don't mind the few chunks that are left over, as for a blender I disagree with the last comment, if you make a good recipe it turns out fantastic in a blender. This powder for me is on the sweeter side, so I limit the added amount of sweetness that I add to it. Just put some almond milk and peanut butter in with this powder and you're all set. Want to get a little more, put some ground flax and chia seed in there!
