How big are the pills?  Capsules or tablets?

They are easy to swallow. They are a capsule like what a vitamin c capsule. I am almost through with my first bottle. I have very thin hair and my  girl at the saloon says she has seen a lot of difference in my hair looking fuller. My husband said the same thing.  My hair is very short and thin, guess due to my hair and medication now glad to see that that it is filling out and I am not quite through with my first bottle.

I disregard any of the paid promotions "early review" products, Some vendors send notes in products after the fact too, and I am not sure that these get flagged as biased.

I also routinely dismiss "Vine Voice" and similar reviews. There is no way a review will not be biased when it is given away for "free", because these are paid endorsers.

Honest answers!! did this actually work for you? or has it made your hair worse?

Been taking it for almost a year and have been using Rogain for over a decade.  In conjunction with the Rogaine, I went through 2 bottles full of this supplement, taking two pills together with a multi-vitamin and food to promote absorption...nothing.  Then I split up the dosage (morning and evening), doing the same routine....nothing.

About me:  I'm in my 40's and have had a receding hairline + bald spot in back since my early 30's, so I'm not sure how much that contributes.  I've asked my barber to look and let me know his thoughts.  He said he can see  some very fine, very weak strands of hair in the bald spot, but that's it.  Overall my hair had been thinning out on the top of my head since my mid 30's, slowly over time.  I haven't noticed any real change at all.  I'd be happy if this just keeps me where I'm at, but it'll take maybe 5 years of observation to determine.

I'm sure this might help some people, probably those that are younger but so far it hasn't yielded any material results for me.   Maybe it's helping to keep what I have, I honestly don't know, but that's the best case scenario.
