This device seems awesome. In our high-tech world, this device is probably the equivalent of hearing aids that cost one hundred times more just a few years ago. I've only owned this device for a few weeks now but the sound quality is very natural. It is crucial that the ear cup be properly chosen to seal the sound feedback loop and associated whistle. Insert with pull pin at the bottom, rock and slant slightly until properly sealed. If I had one wish it would be for maybe double-lip sealing cups. The volume control is very small but only needs to be set once, and then be careful not to accidentally change it when inserting the device.

This works great it easily adjust the noise with just a turn of your finger and the fit is amazing once I found the right size rubber for the ear , by the way it came with a few to try, it is so comfortable . I can actually hear my three year old grandson when he talks to me thank you thank you thank you.

This product is small but not like I wanted some background noise, maybe my ear canal to small for this hearing aide

The sound and size were great. The battery compartment that swings open was a bit difficult to open, not due to size but rather it feeling like the latch was stuck and had to pry it open with tweezers every time. 2 weeks of use later, the flimsy plastic hinge snapped off and broke. Didn't keep the packaging so couldn't return it.

It's just as good as my other aids, but I also bought a cheap $4 on Temu that works better.

Did not work and fell apart on the 2nd week.

This device works great. It is not as loud as my aunty needs but for the price it is super. It fits her tiny ear and stayed in. This device is extra light weight and fit deep in the ear so not easy for it to fall out. Running continuously the batteries need replacement weekly- which is very good.
