A: The NSFW expansion is the most brutal.  The base game and all the other expansions are pretty brutal as well ;)

A: I saw that too.
I'm also very curious whats going on here.
Half tempted to buy the 2 packs separately instead of together despite the $5 savings...

Love it! It was very fun to play, we laughed so much, especially with the NSFW pack. FYI some emotionally sensitive people may feel hurt after a few rounds, even though is just a game. So keep that in mind and play it with good friends and family.
