Chaco Women's ZX/2 Cloud Outdoor Sandal

I love my chaco sandals. The cloud is more comfortable than a regular. They take a few wears to break in, much less than a regular chaco sole. I love that the straps are made of canvas. I also love that the straps are adjustable to the size of my feet. I don't have to worry about them slipping off. I have also gotten them wet and the canvas didn't shrink and they were not uncomfortable wet. I have worn them for 12+ hours at a time and my feet did not hurt.

These turned out to be exactly what i was after. I was a little sketch to buy them on amazon rather than in an actual store, but the deal was too good to pass up! I went with black simply b/c they go w/everything. I purchased my exact size 7 & they fit perfectly. The arch support on these are amazing. I have a very high arch so these feel absolutely wonderful on my feet. Way better than flip flops which offer no support at all. The best part they were here in one day! I love prime! The only thing I can say is the toe strangulation nearly everyone mentions is a real thing, but if you can learn to work the straps it's really not that bad. It's def not a deal breaker for me. Overall great purchase, great fit, great price, & fast shipping. Total win!

Overall, they are okay. But if you have narrow skinny feet like me, these might not be your first pick. I wear a size 7 and both of these styles are the same size, yet there is lots of space around my ankle on the ZX/2 even though it’s tightened all the way. I have basic sewing skills, so I can fix this and it’s not really that big of an issue for me. But otherwise it feels like my heel might come up in the back. This is not a problem with the Z2 (or whatever the other one pictured is called).Also if you are a perfectionist, the dual straps may not be for you. As mentioned by other people, some of the straps don’t seem to evenly tighten so it becomes uneven. If that would drive you crazy, then these also might not be for you. Hope this helps!

They fit like a dream and are amazingly versatile! My only qualms: when wet, they pinch my feet right above my arches and that the traction is less than a men's model. Other than that, love them! Just took them out whitewater rafting yesterday!

I needed a pair of comfortable black sandals and thought I’d try these Chacos. Honestly, I don’t get the hype. Yes, you can adjust or ‘customize’ the fit but it results in the extra strap length hanging down a solid 2-3” nearly dangling on the ground. Ugly. Surely whomever designed these sandals would have considered this. I thought about just cutting it off, but heck, why am I buying new sandals with straps that I have to cut off?? Onto the comfort level. I thought they would be supportive and comfy. Not. The kinda pebbly sole has no cush, no comfort. Can’t imagine walking any length in these sandals. As a comparison, I’ve worn Born, Earth, Teva, etc. which I can attest to their comfort and support. Not these. Sadly, they are going back. Thank you, Amazon, for making the return easy. Chaco, I know you can do better than this.

Good quality shoe. Very durable and straps are easy to adjust! Perfect for just about any outdoor activity and just in time for summer!

They sent me a very slightly used pair. The box was beat up (could very well be how they sent them in brown Amazon bag) and the shoes had a couple of hairs (possible animal) at the very bottom of the shoes. Like maybe someone just tried them on and sent them back because there aren’t any scuffs or feet prints. For $35 compared to $100… I’m not complaining I can easily clean them. Been wanting some since 2015 😅. I see a lot of reviews complaining about the straps being uneven.. you really just have to play around with the adjustments because I had the same issue. It’s kind of confusing and the instructions that were sent weren’t for these exact shoes (one of their other styles) and YouTube wasn’t much help either. After a few minutes of playing with the adjustments, I got them just right and I love the look and feel of them. They’re slightly heavier than the average sandal but that doesn’t bother me. They’re true to size. In sneakers I wear 7.5 in women’s and in sandals I wear 7 women’s.

I have wanted to get a pair for many years now. I finally broke down and ordered a pair. I did try on a few pairs at a store to make sure I was getting the size for me. Out of the week plus that I have had my shoes, I have worn them mostly all day, even at home. They are comfortable, lightweight, and gives my arch great support. I definitely recommend these shoes to anyone needing a little more support.
