I like this termometer, because it is very easy to use due to a clear white screen in Fahrenheit and Celsius degrees. The best part is the handle that can be used while the milk is warming up; just clip it to the pot used for boiling the milk, while the hands are free to do other work. I am confident in recommending this product.

It works but the clamping mechanism is not holding it straight up as I want. Noticed after buying that the box reads +/- 4 celsius accuracy. Not terrible not good.

This is shipped from outside India, so Amazon is not directly responsible and hence delivery time is uncertain and so is the reliability. As per this thermometer, water boiled at 80 degree celcius and froze at 20 degrees. AVOID IT.
