Arrived quickly via an Amazon Locker. Arrived faster than if it was shipped to my business or home. Perfect sealed clamshell package. Is authentic CURT Mfg. Easy install, as easy as anything can get when you have to slide under your pickup and work looking up. Nice features like the wires already with connectors, ready to crimp. have not had a chance to tow with it yet, will update if there is a problem. Of note: this is my 2nd replacement. My Curt Echo Bluetooth Trailer brake controller, which get's mounted into this Curt Connector, that Echo is very very tight and to remove it, I had to yank and yank and it finally came out, but with the power blade from the connector stuck in the Echo controller. I've done this twice, and both times had a pro install the new connector at a couple of hundred bucks each time. I finally decided to install myself, save 200+ bucks and it went in very simply. I've filed any corrosion off the Echo internal connectors, added some diaelectric grease and now the controller comes out of the 7-way Curt socket with no damage to either part.
