Handy, but expensive
I used to use the aluminum dutch oven liners for making desserts and stuff that will stick to the dutch oven and be a pain to clean. The aluminum liners are bulky and tough to pack in with other camping gear without them getting crushed. They also take up a lot of trash space when throwing them out and, worst of all, the crevices trap a lot of the yummy desserts decreasing the amount available to eat! These parchment liners seem like a much better idea.I used them for the first time last weekend and made a blueberry-lemon dump cake and a chocolate-cherry dump cake in them in a 14" dutch oven. The liners fit very well and were able to be pressed into the oven easily enough. They were easy to lift out when the cooking was done, and cleanup was super easy. There was no tearing or leaking and getting every last morsel of the gooey cake out was no problem. The only downside to these is the price. They are much more expensive than if you were to just buy a roll of parchment paper. Unfortunately, you can't find parchment paper wide enough to build up the sides of a 12" or 14" dutch oven. The 20" diameter of these is key, and I guess the supply & demand curve is working against you as there aren't that many manufacturers of them out there that I could find. Still, they are less expensive than the foil tub liners.

Liners for deep dutch ovens.
i purchased these to use in my camp dutch oven. They work well in the deeper dutch ovens. But for the 10 inch, 4 quart, shallow one, they are too big. It is best to cut off the top to shorten them before using them in the shallow dutch ovens. Otherwise, there is a chance the excess will burn. Once it burns, it gets brittle, thus once you try to move it aside after cooking, a piece can break off into food. To avoid this, cut them down to fit your dutch oven. It does make the dutch oven easier to clean. However, I think it hurts the presentation of your food with the liner being there. The dutch oven foil pan liners make for a better presentation and probably better overall. However, the foil pans are more expensive and take up more storage space.
