It's an eye chart! Good quality.
Bought it in order to test eyes before applying for renewal of driving licence. Seems ok; looks like good quality; I'm pleased with it! The eye occluder gadget looks like a shallow, long-handled spoon, and I'll probably use it as that - so that makes it even better value!! :-)It's fine. Recommended provided you're happy with a chart to be used at 20 feet.

I like the chart but the ad stated this was a pack of two so I only ordered one quantity.I need two!!
