Best tasting pancake mix without corn!!
I have a gluten and corn sensitivity and finding a pancake mix that actually tastes good has been so hard. This is the best one I’ve tried so far. It’s best to cook the pancakes really small so they cook all the way through.Please never stop making gluten AND corn free food options!! Thank you Simple Mills

Delicious! If you’re looking for a gluten-free option, this is definitely my #1 choice. The flavor is really good, and they’re super easy to make. I make them with just water and they still come out nice and fluffy. Of course, they’ll never taste exactly like a traditional pancake, but for a gluten-free option, these are excellent!
