RENPHO Leg Machine 04 Massager

I have leg issues (not really sure what to call it, it’s not “restless leg” but they just ache, and often make it difficult to sleep. Before I would have to get up in the middle of the night and take a hot bath. The Renfro leg massagers are great! They allow me to get to sleep if my legs are bothering me. The reality is that they are basically like blood pressure cuffs inflating and deflating on your legs. But it feels good!

These work great for RLS, cramps and poor circulation. Don’t expect a leg massage or you will be disappointed. It is air compression. The air compressing at different areas of the legs is a great way to help circulation in the legs. Make sure you have a full charge before using which I can do about 4 to 5 rounds before it needs to be recharged. I use it on feet first then calves. Thighs works for me but I wish the cuffs were larger for this purpose. I’m thin so it works. My husband it doesn’t work for. I can’t imagine it works on many. It’s definitely designed for below knees and the arms works also if you want. Do not put it on tight the pressure can be intense. Keep cuffs loose until you figure out why settings and pressure you like. I love the different settings. It’s well made and easy to use. Reading reviews on other sites for different types it doesn’t seem like it has the pressure these have. I also had my sister purchase for her foster adult children that have special needs. They don’t walk much and have limited exercise. It really helps for their circulation. I wish I knew about these when my mom was alive and had her neuropathy and couldn’t walk. I believe it would have helped the swelling in her legs a lot. Great purchase! I highly recommend this!! Keep in sight and not stored away. It works if you use it lol.

La verdad que por el precio es un excelente producto, al comparar la variedad de ofertas, tipos y precios, después de leer reseñas e investigar a través de vídeos, me decidí por esta opción y estoy encantada. Personalmente recomiendo utilizar la opción uno de los 3 modos de masaje que ofrece. Sólo hay que seguir bien las instrucciones de colocación y es un excelente masaje. Lo uso una o dos veces al día, más por las noches antes de dormir y mis piernas se sienten más ligeras y relajadas, incluso me ayuda a dormir mejor, quizás porque activa la circulación. El pedido llegó a tiempo y en perfectas condiciones. Tiene muy buena calidad.

Overall I'm very pleased with this leg massager. It is easy to use and really does a good job. You put it on and let it do its thing. It has 3 different pressure settings, but you can also adjust the pressure by using the velcro to make it tighter or looser. So if you want it to really massage deep, you just make sure you start out with it on tight. It is not too loud to be distracting so you can get a nice massage while doing other things. After using it for a while, say 10 minutes or so, it really does feel like you had a massage, and there seems to be increased blood flow to the legs. Would buy again.
