Good quality durable worth money

We used this crate for our trip to California from YYZ, and it worked perfectly. Our furbaby is a mini Aussiedoodle, and while we probably could have gone with a smaller size, I’m so glad we chose this one. The extra space let him move around comfortably, just like in his crate at home. I was able to add a couple of his toys, one of his beds for padding, and even our shirts for scent and comfort—everything fit nicely and helped him feel safe and familiar. We also started preparing him for the trip in advance by doing daily “loops” around our condo with the crate. We called it his “plane room,” and used that phrase consistently to reinforce that going into the crate meant going on a plane ride. By the time travel day came, he was completely comfortable and confident inside it. The crate comes with easily removable wheels and all the required airline stickers, which made setup simple. The only small downside was that the airport zip ties only fit through one set of holes. Not a huge issue since the crate locks securely, but the airline prefers both the top and bottom zip-tied for extra security. The side windows were another plus—our pup could see what was happening as we wheeled him around the airport, which helped keep him calm. Overall, this crate made traveling so much smoother and gave us peace of mind knowing our furbaby was safe, comfortable, and prepared. Highly recommend for anyone flying with their dog!

The brand new kennel arrived in tact , as advertised , all parts included, metal screws , ' live animal ' stickers for all sides as well as an ITIA certificate from the manufacturer stating approved essentials for flying. Medium kennel, perfect for my 63cm long Maltese. Plenty of space inside for standing and turning. Very happy after a long search between different kennels, manufacturers and hundreds of reviews. Just a note: I am not using the bowls supplied for the flight, even though perfect for cage , but ordered a ball mechanism container, refillable from outside . No mess.

i expedited my order, and the crate arrived in the time specified. the package was in good order, and all of the parts were present. attached is a video of the crate before assembly and after assembly, as well as a photo. as you can see in the video, it is too big for my chihuahua yorkie mix, but the dimensions are specified in the description so i already knew this. the one i purchased, a small, would be suitable for breeds like miniature poodles, corgis, dachshunds, etc. they do offer several different sizes, from S through XXL. it is not difficult to put together, and there is a general instruction booklet included. it took me about five minutes to assemble. all of the parts seem sturdy and well-made. even the water bowl included stays on in a sturdy fashion and would not be knocked out of place easily. i also spoke with a representative who was very straightforward and accommodating. she told me the small would probably be too big for my 6-lb. dog, but i purchased it, anyway, just to have an extra one in case of emergencies. in addition, the crate is airline-approved, which is a plus. overall, the crate is sturdy, basic, and practical.

This thing is worth the extra money. I tried several crates before landing on this one. It is, by far, the best made, well thought out, and well-equipped crate. For starters, the brackets that secure the top to bottom are two-fold; there are plastic clips for easy connection and also metal connectors that can be used *in addition to the plastic clips* for durability of connection and/or travel. For the size I bought, there were two handles on the top that make it incredibly easy to pick up and move without tipping. It came with a wheel set that is easily added or removed for preference/situation. It came with the food and water bowl (which any airline requires the pup have access to during a flight). It also came with all the "live animal" stickers, an ID doc you can fill out, and a plastic sleeve for ease of travel. The only critique I'd have (and ia worth mentioning) is that the dimensions of the crate are not representative of the base's size where the dog would lay... The structure of this crate tapers inward. The full dimension likely represents where the top connects to the bottom. The bottom is slightly smaller than that and is uneven in that it has a sort of leakage mote around the outside with a raised middle - so it is not completely flat like a generic crate base. I'd have loved to be provided customers with the actual base dimensions as well as the normative dimensions just in case my dog was on the edge of sizing (and for crate mat shopping)... but I'd have still bought this crate. While the dimensions took a minute to figure out a good bed fit for the base, the Kong durable crate mat (30x19) worked well to even out the floor and give some cushion for my pup, and I threw a soft blanket over it for comfort. My dog has never been crate trained and within less than a month he loves this thing (treats were great motivators to help him want to explore it). All said, I would buy this crate again and again knowing what I know. It *is* a little pricier than others but it comes FULLY equipped and the other options never had everything that would be needed for actual travel so, despite being cheaper, buying them meant a piecemeal shopping hassle.
