These are the best vitamins I have ever tried. I recommend them to all my friends and family. I am in my early 40s and was starting to have some random symptoms, tired daily, hair thinning, nails breaking, etc. Withing a month of taking these I noticed I had more energy. Withing 6 months, my fingernails were growing out long and strong. I also feel like they have built up a new level of immunity, as I have not gotten sick when everyone else in my family had some kind of viral illness.
