I would never get an actual nose ring, but I wanted to experiment. These work perfectly. They are tight enough that there is no chance them will fall out and loose enough that they can be worn all day.

I was a bit concerned reading other reviews that the spring tension might be too tight on these and that they would hurt to wear for extended periods of time. Thankfully for me this has not been the case. The item comes with 4 pairs of earrings in various sizes but I’m a male and have somewhat large ear lobes so only the largest size fit me. I can’t pierce my ears cause of my job but I’ve always wanted to and these are a great alternative. My family thought they were real and couldn’t tell the difference. The seller advertises them as stainless steel so hopefully they won’t tarnish over time with repeated wear.These earrings are secured through a spring tension mechanism and as a result they do leave impressions on the skin after periods of extended wear, but for me they have not been painful and the impression goes away after a few hours of not wearing them. Overall I am satisfied with my purchase and would recommend this product.

Pretty painful and gave me infections...actually pierced my nose too..not fun, wouldn't recommend

The spring was wayyy too tight. I thought it was gonna actually pierce my nose it was so tight! Uncomfortable in various ear placements too. This is a good idea but not quite there yet. I returned them. I gave 3 stars because the idea is there and they offer a variety of sizes in one package.
