Well made, fit me well too as a woman
I'm a 5'10" woman, typically wear a size 4-6/medium in pants, 28" natural waist, 38" hips, 33.5" inseam, and I ordered the 32" waist / 34" inseam. They fit very, very well. If I was wearing no under pant, it would feel a little roomy but wouldn't fall down. There's room for a solid pair of pants underneath. Also if you only had shorts on, there is an interior fabric that acts a barrier to the plastic fabric, and it's pretty comfy.I work outdoors and these are so helpful in the rain. Haven't tried them while it's chilly and raining yet, but I think they would help insulate to some degree, especially if layering. Not too hot either, despite being made of plastic. The plastic itself feels durable, so I don't have to worry about dog nails ripping it open from play (I work with a lot of dogs). Not sure how waterproof the pockets are, I prefer to use my jacket for things that need more protection. Lastly, the fit adjustment at the bottom is handy to allow more room for boots vs. cinch in if you only had a sneaker on or had excess fabric over your boot.Did I want to pay $35 for pants? No. Am I glad I did? Yeah. Are there pants that will help in the rain that are less? Yes. Will they fit a woman my size as well as these? Probably not. Are there better pants, albeit more expensive? Probably, but honestly not by much. Only thing that might be helpful that isn't included is a waist adjustment for sizing, but if you get the right size it's a non-issue.

Durable & Well Made
UPDATE: Changed from my original 4-star rating to 5-star. I returned the original 34/32 pants I ordered and ordered the 36/32 and the fit is perfect. I should say perfect when using as pants-over-pants with a thin pair of sweats under. For very cold, wet weather, where warmer under clothing is necessary, I'd have to order one, or possibly two, sizes larger. They are very comfortable and my water test hanging them in the shower was great - no leaks - the insides stayed dry.Warning... sizes run small, especially if you want to use them as "pants-over-pants". I was looking for a new pair of waterproof/windproof pants for the coming fall sports photography season. I am athletic, 6' tall, 175 lbs. I ordered the 34 waist/32 length. (My regular pants are 32/32). The length was perfect. The waist was ok if not wearing pants under these. The thighs are also very snug, but that could be related to my biking & running. Love the pants, but need to return for a 36 waist, which adds an inch to the thigh - that should make them perfect for those cold, windy, rainy photo shoots this fall and winter.

Good for one season
These are good for one season of scouting fields. I use them more (daily) then what they are intended for I think. Can't really complain as they have kept me dry. After about eight months the mesh lining inside tore but my boot caught the line when I was putting them on.

Best rain pants I've ever worn!
TLDR - These pants are excellent for the price point! I can thoroughly recommend them. The last pair of rain pants I owned was about a decade ago, they were Northface Venture pants. I really didn't like them because the waterproof membrane was right up agains your skin if you chose to wear them by themselves and not with pants or a base layer underneath. The membrane eventually wore down completely and was no longer waterproof. It never really rains too frequently here so I never really bothered to invest in another pair. The last few rain seasons we've had have been a bit more aggressive so I knew I had to buy some proper rain pants. I walk daily and wet pants are really annoying.I've worn these pants everyday since they arrived 3 days ago and have put in many hours and about 25mi of walking in various degrees of rain - showers, light rain, and rain (not full on downpour). I love the fact that these have a mesh lining so it's soft against your skin and very comfortable. The temperature has been about 50-60*F so I haven't had the need to wear pants or a base layer underneath. The velcro adjustment at the bottom is a nice touch. The pants do seem to get slightly damp around the pocket area and I've come to the conclusion that it may just be trapped moisture from my own body since my rain jacket ends right near the pockets and dumps water onto the pocketed area of the pants. But for wearing them for several hours straight, it really is the least of my concerns. I may try to apply some DWR to the pocket area to alleviate the water from saturating the fabric so much. My wallet, phone, and keys always remained dry in the pants pockets though, so I have a feeling it may just be moisture buildup. The fit is pretty loose since it's designed to be layered if need be, I think they fit me pretty well. I just looked at the size guidelines and bought appropriately.I'm very, very pleased with their performance. I should've bought a pair years ago!

Great value
Bought these for my husband for work and they fit very well and he is super happy with them! Great to have the zips to put on/off over boots as needed. They seem well made and awesome for the price.

Awesome
Keep trousers dry even when cycling in pouring rain.Fit over pants easily, have zips at the bottom so you can put them on with shoes on too. Zip pockets ✅✅. Elastic and drawstring waist. Should have ordered my normal size rather than one size up as the waist is slightly big even with trousers underneath. Not a big drama as the drawstring works.

Very decent pantaloons
These are well made, no wind, no rain worries, fit well over my pants, great for my commute on the bicycle, no chills during colder, and wet 🇨🇦weather ahead.Great price too.👌Purchased the icreek brand also, and these seem a bit better, minor reason these have a reflective piping on the legs which is definitely a bonus, both are going to be awesome.
