It is filled. Not stupid at all, I didn't realize some came unfilled.

Best choice for a metal stand for this product ? I'm leaning towards the Everlast heavy bag stand.

I think the best option is always to hang it from the ceiling, if you can. It is the cheapest option and most effective. There are a couple of problems I have experienced with stands. One is that they don't offer a wide range of motion. As you punch or kick, you will not want to stand in the same place. Most trainers will tell you to move around as you throw your strikes. A stand will limit your ability to do that because the legs get in the way. The other problem is that stand tend to move all over the place as you punch them. A lot of people will weight them down with something, but I have found that it takes a lot to get them to stay put.Unfortunately, the ceiling wasn't an option for me, so I bought a wall mount system. I'm pretty happy about it. It still limits my range to 180 degrees, but it's a lot better than the 45 - 80 degrees that I would get with a stand.

Does this come with 2 wraps or 1?

Mine only came with one. And I don't mean 1 pair. I mean actually just 1. So my other hand is lonely
