I was just wanting to upgrade my kitchen knife set with something of a better quality, which would keep a good edge and sharpen well. I was prepared to pay well for something decent. But this make got really good reviews and weren't too expensive, so I took a chance. Very glad I did, as this is everything I wanted AND at a very fair price. Feels good in the hand, has a good weight and came razor sharp. Haven't had the need to sharpen since I got it but I'd be surprised if it doesn't take a good edge. A great kitchen knife!

Bought this knife specifically to break up whole chickens at home. It is definitely worth investing in a boning knife if you are not currently using one. The reviews we looked at before buying this one were good, and I agree that it does the job very well.

Avant, j'utilisais un couteau lambda bien aiguisé mais celui-ci est livré particulièrement bien aiguisé, on l'a bien en main, il ne glisse pas et permet un désossage de qualité. je recommanderais si besoin d'un autre au cas où.
