Would this card work on my acer tc 605?

He would most likely need a bigger PSU Power Supply because the video card needs more watts. Also he has to turn off secured boot in bios because of the type of card it is. but it should work

Will this fit in an SFF?

For most of the small form factor cases, this card will not work in them. It was designed for a mini tower case and larger. Some SFF cases do have room for this type of card, but only opening the case would give you an idea if it could fit or not.
