## Questions & Answers

**Q: Is this product vegan?**
A: Hi,

Yes, we are glad to say that these books are now Vegan.

Thanks

**Q: Can this be used with charcoal? Thanks**
A: I have never actually used charcoal on it but it is quite a heavy, textured paper and whilst I am pretty sure charcoal would work, if you want a smooth fine paper this is definately not that.. Its beautiful paper and a well made little book. I have used watercolours and inks successfully.

**Q: Do you stock a landscape A5 landscape concertina sketchbook. Thanks**
A: Hello. Unfortunately, we only do the concertina sketchbooks in a portrait format
Thank you Artway

**Q: Why have I received an empty Amazon envelope and no sketchbook.?**
A: No idea - ask Amazon!
