Hose is "slightly" different than OEM
By "slightly" I mean the angle the hose attaches to the headgear is not quite the same. I can feel the difference when I put it on. The hose is heated and works great.

Worthwhile upgrade from a non-heated tube
I got this for my existing CPAP machine that came with a standard unheated tube. I highly recommend upgrading to a heated tube. My standard tubes tend to get musty after a bit without cleaning but the heated one doesn't do that, probably because it stays dry during operation.
