I'm absolutely annoyed that a genuine polaroid product arrived in such poor condition... Damaged and I'm forced to fix it myself as I was refused a refund as I was blamed for damaging it myself... Shameful and unfortunate especially as a long standing polaroid buyer and enjoyer..
