Moringa capsules or powder which is the best to perches

I like taking the capsules 4x daily because of the taste of the moringa. If you like green drinks or shakes, the powder would be fine. I have used the powder before in my green shake, but with another company. I opted for the capsules afterwards because of the ease of use.
