Love the idea, but poor quality control!
This cover looks awesome. The cover I received was defective; the vacuum port where the line from the vacuum pump connects was .024" too small, so the factory hose from the vacuum pump would not fit into the valve cover. I did make up a small hose as a work around since drilling the cover after I installed it would dump metal into the valve train. The other problem was the vacuum reservoir (internal to the valve cover) is blocked.Vacuum from the vacuum pump is ported through the valve cover to the two lines that connect to the side of the valve cover. At idle, I have 25 inches of vacuum from the vacuum pump, but none at the ports on the side of the cover. So, I connected my old valve cover and performed the same test. I had 25 lbs of vacuum on the side ports at idle. One of the lines that connects to the vacuum reservoir is ported to the turbocharger. Since I had no vacuum to the turbo, the DME was setting a 120308 DTC (charge pressure too low) (boost).Now I get to swap the old valve cover back on. Yea!!!

Avoid, terrible quality & packaging.
I usually don't leave product reviews, but this product was so bad I had to so.I ordered the aluminum version for my E70. Inspected it before installation and everything seemed fine despite the poor packaging it came in. Went ahead and professionally installed it. One day later and the car started throwing various air plausibility related error codes after a scan. A quick inspection of the valve cover showed that it had developed a hairline crack that was leaking oil all over my engine bay.Instantly uninstalled it and went with a OEM valve cover. Avoid this product, terrible quality & packaging. It's cheap for a reason.
