Seems decent, but not too heavy duty.

Product not exactly as described
I purchased this lopper as a gift for an avid gardener. She had requested a bypass lopper and the description said this was " Bypass and Anvil". Apparently, a lopper canโt be both. She also said that many gardening tools have poorly worded descriptions making it difficult to know exactly what to buy. That said, she's quite pleased with the product and said she has many uses lined up for it.

handles don't lock, they slide when trying to cut no matter how hard you try to lock it in.
