It takes an awful lot of shaking to get to the desired consistency but then the cream seems to go solid overnight....almost making it impossible to use. We have tried single and double cream, cleaned it out a number of times and replaced the gas cannister about 4 times already having only had around 3 semi successful uses. A number of staff have started from the beginning so to speak because we kept thinking we must be doing something wrong.
