Otis Classic Whipped Cream Dispenser Stainless Steel - Professional Cream Whipper - Large 500ml

It was very near but the text me saying that it has been returned!!! Ok refund please

We bought this product to use in our small charity coffee shop following reading really good reviews. Unfortunately, we have not got on with it at all and have come on here to message the supplier but now says 'return window closed' and doesn't seem like we can now message the supplier direct so doing a review appears to be my only option?? It takes an awful lot of shaking to get to the desired consistency but then the cream seems to go solid overnight....almost making it impossible to use. We have tried single and double cream, cleaned it out a number of times and replaced the gas cannister about 4 times already having only had around 3 semi successful uses. A number of staff have started from the beginning so to speak because we kept thinking we must be doing something wrong. I would really appreciate some help or even to know that I may have a faulty one???

Fonctionne très bien. Fait de la bonne crème fouetté en tout temps. Facile d’utilisation et de nettoyage,

I am absolutely thrilled with this stainless steel whipped cream dispenser. If you are looking for professional-grade quality, look no further. The Product- This unit is a tank. The moment you take it out of the box, you can feel the substantial weight and superior build quality. It is clear this isn’t some flimsy, plastic-heavy gadget; this is a piece of kitchen equipment designed to last a lifetime. It comes with a complete set of accessories, and everything fits together with precision. The Story Behind the Review- I’ll be honest: I initially thought I had received a "lemon." I was having trouble getting it to work properly, largely because I had been misled by a search for whipped cream cartridges and led into buying N2 cartridges instead of the correct ones for this unit. (Picture Below) I was frustrated and ready to write this off—but then, the company reached out to me. They didn't just offer a standard apology; they went above and beyond to educate me on the specific hardware requirements and the difference between gas cartridges. They explained exactly what I needed to make the dispenser function perfectly. To my complete shock, they also provided a full refund and sent me a replacement unit, accompanied by a thoughtful, handwritten note. Why You Should Buy It- I have dealt with many sellers on Amazon over the years, but I have never experienced this level of care. They took full accountability and invested time into making sure I was a satisfied customer, despite the fact that my initial dissatisfaction was purely due to my own user error and misinformation. Bottom line: If you use the correct, compatible cartridges, this dispenser works like a dream. Any negative reviews you might see for this product are almost certainly due to user error or mismatched cartridges.

This was an awesome way to make custom whipped cream flavors for a party. We have used multiple times. Easy to clean and reuse. Fantastic purchase

La verdad me funcionó muy bien, las cremas espumosas salen como se debe y para el tamaño basta con un carga.
