Dealing with the seller is great. But Amazon courier is really bad it took 72 hours or 3 days before i received the item. Although the seller sent it the day that supposed to be delivered. Products is great. I received what i expected shown in the picture. Very comfortable at your back. Improve your sleeping due to its comfort provided. Price is very competitive compare to others plus the quality you will it. Im happy i bought this one. Great job seller and you deserve 5 star!!!!

This mattress topper was a very good buy. It's about 5-7 cm thick, and stuffed with what seems like cotton wool. I sleep on an orthopedic mattress that I personally regret buying. So this was a really good topper that made the mattress comfy. It arrived very warm, but I suppose the explanation is that it's about the same material as a duvet, and the weather is hot here in Dubai. If you like sleeping in a cool bed at night, this does that for you if you don't cover it with a bed sheet. This item has made my bed comfy, for a not so expensive price (just as long as your know it's not a mattress, just a mattress cover) and it arrived 2 days after ordering it even though the world is reeling from the pandemic. 4 stars for me.

Not as shown in picture at all. The product deacription is also not true. :not same thickness, not firm, not good quality.

the suppliers reached out to me and replaced my wrong size topper since the quality is good I purchased another one from them and they are very nice and accommodating.

I really liked it, it's soft, but I wish it was softer.

Expectations VS. REALITY • expectation as I read the description I feel this is good enough from material and price • Reality I’m not satisfied the item I received is to thin and not soft as I think and very hot at the back. Overall I cannot recommend this sorry after I put in my bed looks nothing happened.

For the price, this is of great quality! Makes the bed feels more comfortable and would increase the lifetime of the mattress.
