Purchased it October 2024 and it stopped working a few months later. It turns on for 30 seconds and then shuts off. I have tried the troubleshoot recommendations on this page but nothing works. Amazon or the company should make it easy to get to customer help after the troubleshoot fails to work but that is non existing.

I’m happy I bought this! It’s comfortable and easy to use. After a short time, I’m very impressed! My hair loss has stopped! I’m looking forward to seeing more results the more time I have to use the cap.

This product was sent from an unauthorized Hairmax dealer. My product broke after 3 months (past the return time) and neither Hairmax or Amazon will do anything to help with the situation. I understand Hairmax since they have nothing to do with the supposed manufacturer which , turns out, is Marquee Hospitality and has nothing to do with this electric product. I rely on Amazon to back their sales and am a valued customer . I am happy to return this piece of junk product or I should at least receive a refund for this scam purchase initiated by supposedly reputable Amazon. Waiting for a response from Amazon.

This model is about 1,000 more expensive than the previous model. I definitely welcome the improvements. Instead of 30 minutes it now takes half of the time per use. Also it's great the cap it's somewhat flexible, specially if your head size it's on the circumference limit. The cap still has a part in the top which is still rigid though, so it's not completely flexible. They included 2 Usb cables, one usb-c and one usb-a. Instead of including 2 usb cables, they should had include a wall charger that is USB-C. I don't see why the didn't. They also included a cap which covers the HM cap, which I appreciate it does not have the Hairmax logo, and I can use it on my day to day. This second cap it's optional, you don't need to use it. this cover cap is missing a hole where you pass the cable through, Previous cover cap model was better. They include a bag for storing/traveling with the cap. I find the the bag huge, definitely it does not work for traveling. They could have made a bag way more smaller. The new battery, control has improved. Now it has a small screen that let's you know how much time is left.
