I bought a Small size, per the measurements, but it fits quite tightly. I'm afraid I might tear them if I don't pull them up carefully. Recommend at least one size bigger than you think would fit. Maybe two sizes.Also, the plastic is on the inside of these pants, which makes them very sweaty. The color, the crinkly sound of the plastic, and the rhumba decoration are nice, but it's hard to wear these for long.

Fits well, back sits a little lower than I’d like, wetness can soak through plastic interior and make the silk exterior damp, which imho negates its job a little. Still cute. DONT DRY or wash in hot water.

I love the feel and comfort when wearing these. And they don't leak.
