Great idea to cut but not easy to remove.
I just got these yesterday and was excited to cut 16 perfect slices with 8 blade cutter but immediately realized a problem after I cut my cheesecake all the way to crust, how am I gonna remove this? I had to hold down each slices as I tried to remove cutter and this caused slices to not be clean cut and pieces of cake stuck to cutter and had a whole at the center. I definitely did not use it to do 2nd round of 8 cuts to make 16, I used my sharp knife instead.
