Excellent book!
A difficult topic is addressed - bullying! This book was written for school-age children but these lessons learned could apply to other people too! The idea here is to be proud of yourself. Develop "true pride" and confidence in yourself based on achievements and accomplishments, by learning skills, demonstrating "good behaviour", showing respect and compassion - and most especially - by not having contempt for others, not hurting others and so on. Great advice and concrete ideas are given to explain these concepts.
