Good quality for the price. My son enjoys playing with it and its not what I'd consider dangerous -does not "whip" very well. The only problem I had was the the lower lanyard broke, but was no dig deal I just tied it in a knot.

Mauvaise finition.... Aucune régularité dans le tressage qui de plus se défait......

Feels kind of plastic but for this price you only get a prop to play with anyway.
