How long to charge from mains

The GENIUSPRO50 is a battery charger that recharges a battery only when plugged into an A/C outlet. It is not a jump starter. See NOCO Boost UltraSafe Lithium Jump Starters.

Can this be used for ecu flashing if so what do you put on to keep a constant power feed over say 14 volts thank you

The 12V Supply mode will supply a constant 13.6V at 50A max, the 24V Supply mode will supply a constant 27.2V at 25A max. To use either of these modes you'd need to ensure that the current drawn does not exceed the current supplied by the charger, otherwise the charger will return to Standby. Please contact NOCO Support directly on the NOCO website with a little more detail so that we may assist you.

Is this battery charger can be used in the country where 220-240 volts 50Hz. input power supply

Yes, if it's meant for UK. But, if you're buying from the Amazon/US you have to check the voltage, to be sure.

Can I use this to charge my phone?

Not at all. It's meant to charge vehicle batteries only.
