Great rice for paella! Loved it. Good price.

Went to Spain last year and took a Paella class, so I was looking for some authentic rice to make some at home. This worked so well that I've bought it a few times.

Love making this rice the texture is perfect. Taste really good.

Actually, really good rice

We are paella cooking fanatics. My grandmother taught me to make them when I was living in the Valencia region of Spain about 30 years ago and I’ve been making them ever since. A key ingredient is the rice. You must use the right kind. This bomba rice grown in Valencia will absorb at least three times the broth of normal rice and maintains its shape without becoming a sticky mess. If you’re going to cook a good paella, you need to start with a good rice and this one is excellent.

This has become my go to rice for making Paella. Quality is consistently excellent, rice is clean, and its a great value for the cost. Wouldn't hesitate in recommending.
