The difference is that the Russel Stover has a thicker chocolate shell and the mint flavor is more subtle. My favorite is Philadelphia Candies meltaway chocolate mint truffles, but they are kind of expensive- twice the price as these which makes them kind of a ripoff. **Q: Why can you buy this exact same product direct from Russell Stover's website for two-thirds less than here?** A: Shipping costs BEGIN at $9.99 on the Russell Stover's site, so unless you are buying in bulk you are not going to get these for two-thirds less. This box of the french chocolate mints is 10 oz. There is a 10-oz. size in their website but in a different, vertical and clear box, for a third the price, but then you have the shipping. If you order two boxes, however, plus pay the $9.99 for the standard shipping -- (you can pay for faster if you like) -- then yes, you will be getting the same wonderful chocolates for HALF the price you would pay Amazon. **Q: If I order these now, are they going to be melted when they arrive or do they pack with dry ice?** A: Thank you for contacting us. We take special care to make sure your orders arrive in good condition. Your orders are carefully packed in insulated cartons with iced gel packs to help keep your candy fresh. **Q: what are the ingredients?** A: The ingredients for our Russell Stover French Chocolates Mints: Milk Chocolates {Sugar, Whole Milk, Cocoa Butter, Chocolate, Soy Lecithin (Emulsifier), Vanillin (Artificial Flavor)} Palm Kernel Oil, Peppermint Oil and Soy Lecithin (Emulsifier). May Contain Peanuts, Tree Nuts, Eggs and Wheat. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ French mints *by L***L on August 21, 2026* These are very tasty chocolate mint candies. Really nice minty flavor and smooth Swiss style chocolate. If I have to be negative it's only because they are kind expensive. ## Frequently Bought Together - Russell Stover French Chocolate Mints Box 10 Ounce Russell Stover Candy, French Mint Chocolate Candy Box; Melt in Your Mouth French Mint Covered in a Rich Chocolate Candy Gift Box - RUSSELL STOVER Easter Raspberry Crème Dark Chocolate Easter Egg, 1.3 oz.
