I have flat feet and go through periods of time where I experience a lot of pain in my arches and heels in the mornings or if I am on my feet constantly. I have tried a few different things, but after reading other reviews about these socks I decided I would give them a try. I honestly didn't expect much BUT was I in for a surprise. I put them on the evening I received them and they felt amazing!!! I kept them on while I slept and when I woke up I had absolutely no pain. I have been wearing them in the evenings and to bed and the difference is extremely noticeable! My feet feel great and I can't wait to get home to put them on after a day at work. They fit nice and snug, but not too snug....just right! I even wore them to work one day and my feet felt the best they had in a long time. They were comfortable with a sock over them and I didn't experience the pain I normally do on a daily basis. I have a size 13 foot and ordered the XL pair. I can't stress enough how pleased I am with these socks....and I paid FULL price for them...I did not receive a free pair or a discount! This review is my own based on my experience! Again, I am very happy with my purchase and have been telling others how well they work! I am looking at buying another pair, maybe two...so I can rotate them and wear them throughout the day! Great product!!!

I want to state that I have some messed up feet! I have the flattest feet most people have ever seen. I have very tight Achilles tendons and hamstrings which negatively effect my plantar fasciitis. All this combined with Hallux limitus (limited range of motion in big toes), arthritis, bone spurs, and a bunion equals some pretty bad feet! With all that going on I pretty much am in pain 24 hours a day. I get a searing, burning pain all throughout my arches and the ball of the foot just bellow the base of the toes with every step. I would get this pain while sitting at me desk whether my sneakers on or off. It is absolutely terrible! I would do whatever I could to avoid walking because it hurt so much. I would ride around the mall parking lot trying to get as close to where I wanted to go as possible. The pain would continue while I was driving, too. Finally I would get home, kick off my shoes, and but my feet up. Even being off of them offered next to no relief. Sleeping was not a fun time. I would wake up to go to the bathroom and the pain and cramping in my arch made me feel crippled. I was leaning on the bed, on the wall, the night stand. Finally after a few steps, the pain would lessen slightly. It was simply terrible and made my life a much less fun place to live. Well, I happened to come across these compression socks and thought I would give it a shot. When they arrived today, I have to admit, I was disappointed. I anticipated the socks being much thicker and my initial thought was that I just bought a pair of toeless socks. I could not be further from the truth! I slipped on the socks and I have to say, it was absolutely incredible! The searing, burning, cramping in my arches almost completely disappeared! I stood up and took a few steps and the difference was night and day. The pain in the ball of the feet was so much better. The pain in my ankle has even gotten better! I have yet to try sleeping in them but if wearing them for the past 6 hours is any indication, sleeping it is going to be a dream! It also had the unintended effect of keeping my feet warm as well. I always have cold feet! I just cannot say how much better my feet feel. It brings tears to my eyes to not have such pain every minute of the day. I can't wait to walk around tomorrow. I don't think I have ever said that before. I am ordering several more pairs! I cannot recommend these enough to anyone with foot problems. I wish that I could give it more than 5 stars! I did not notice that the item is "not returnable"-my fault, I ordered 3 pairs; all too large! So-I have 3 pairs of unused, new compression socks that, I guess, I will try to donate somewhere. AND-I need to order the correct size for myself! Seems a waste, and I do dot see why they, as totally unused, cannot be returned!?

I have been suffering with plantar fasciitis for about six weeks now and have developed a program for myself that includes Epson Salts soaking, Power Step orthotic insoles in high quality hiking boots and reduced walking/zero running. I have not felt any significant improvement in my condition since developing this annoying and limiting malady. I have not yet attempted to tape my own foot but I was just about to try that therapy too. Last week I ordered the Bitly Compression Foot Sleeves as an alternative to taping. The product arrived as promised and when I removed it from the package, I was disappointed by the light weight nature of the fabric as well as construction. I thought, "my socks apply more compression than this!" I immediately put the sleeve on my foot and the initial sensation was almost an audible laugh because I thought, "there's now way this thing can have any effect." Two hours later I was noticing some relief and 10 hours later it was remarkable. That first night I chose not to wear the sleeve to bed but realized the next morning that that idea may have been a mistake. Last night I wore the sleeve all night and the relief has continued through the night into this morning. I had contacted the supplier about my concerns the morning that I received my product and they promptly emailed me, within four hours, with an offer of another sized pair of sleeves. While I love to be the recipient of good customer service, I thought it prudent to wait at least 48 hours before reacting to something with which I had zero experience. I'm glad I waited and I'm pleased to say that, now, I'm a believer. If you are suffering from plantar fasciitis, I strongly recommend that you add these sleeves to your healing program. I am not a medical professional and I have not realized complete healing, but this morning I can take a step with almost no pain. The price is well worth the relief. I'm still walking carefully and will continue with the goal of complete healing but these sleeves are now the cornerstone upon which I build my hope for full recovery. Amazing!

I have been looking for a pair of thin compression socks is wear under ski socks. A different pair I bought were far too tight. These were not expensive so I decided to give them a try. Measured and ordered the suggested size. The socks offer almost NO compression at all. They stretch and fit but offer no support. Honestly, my ski socks alone offered far more compression. Decently made and the material seems fine but have no where near the compression I was looking for. Maybe if you sized down they might work for general all around support. I wanted socks where you could really feel strong arch support.

Love these so much! Super comfy & easy to put on with great support!

UPDATE: CHANGED TO ONE STAR nobody responded to me AND the email I sent bounced back. Customer service complete 0!!! Original review: I sent an email first no response, I ordered a size xl and unfortunately they are too loose. no compression. I love the socks though. I think they will really help with my intense heel pain. But, I do think that I may need a smaller size. Maybe the size large will work better for me. Can you please reach back out if possible. Thank you so kindly. I am definitely willing to change my review to 5 stars.

I was a little bit confused about the size of the socks, but rather than going strictly by shoe size, I measured the arch of my foot right up to where the arch meets the ankle. Also went by other guidelines. This is preferable to using shoe size, because shoe sizes vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. Between the two sizes that I thought might fit me, I decided that on my first order it would be better to get one slightly larger than too small. These compression socks fit me perfectly. And putting them on was no struggle at all. If anyone has ever bought regular compression socks, I'm sure you know just how hard it is to put them on. Not so with the Bitly. They slid right on, and with their insignia on the top band, I knew I had them centered. When I first put them on, they didn't feel tight, but were very comfortable to my feet. I'm diabetic and need some help to encourage blood circulation in my feet. The socks (brace) seemed to tighten from the heat of my feet. They have made me walk stronger and I can walk much further than I could without them. Started to immediately order a second or third pair, but I rinse them out at night, and by morning, they are dry. An excellent purchase! And I will be buying these again in the future.
