Brilliant book just what I needed
Admittedly exercises do need some equipment but if you are willing to do some research and aren't bothered by used goods there are some fantastic bargains for bars, free weights, pull up bars etc on-line. I spent £40 on second hand stuff and what I couldn't afford I googled for things like the leg press etc YouTube show you how to do the exercises without machines.

Another great programme
I loved Chloe's last two books and lost weight and toned up using them. I do lots of resistance and high energy yoga for cardio and so wanted to add some weights to my regime for extra strength etc. The format of the book is much like that of the last two books and is broken down into clear, concise sections with full explanations and good photographs and bold colour coding. The recipes, once again, look tasty and easy and as a member of a gym I know I could perform these exercises there on my next visit. My only disappointment (and the reason I omitted a star) is because there is no home workout section where I can use basic weights at home when I am unable to get to the gym. I feel that this would have been a terrific bonus to this brilliant book and it's a shame an opportunity was missed here.

A must for anyone planning gym and foods
This book is just amazing and I’ve only owned it for 10 mins it has everything you need it’s also finally a decent cook book where you don’t need 1001 different ingredients also very detailed about supplements as well as cbd oil amazing book

Really impressed!
I haven’t worked out with weights for the last few years as I’ve been off Having children. So I needed something to get me back in the gym with a gentle start. I started with the beginner programme to ease myself in, and on the intermediate workout programs now. GREAT exercises, good advice, photos, and yummy recipes. Chloe has released a book that makes sense for newbies to weights, whilst not patronising those who know their way around the gym. Recommend for anyone looking to lose body fat, sculpt muscles, or train for strength.
