Love all books from PG. This one is one of my favourites. Very detailed story telling with some history.

J'ai acheté ce livre parce que j'étais dans ma période "guerre des deux roses". Et comment écrire tout ce que j'ai ressenti? " the lady of the rivers est devenu mon roman de fiction historique préféré!!! Et croyez moi j'en ai lu beaucoup! Vraiment beaucoup! Philippa Gregori a écrit une histoire douce, forte, passionnante, qui mélange fiction, histoire, guerre, passion, et une poussière de sorcellerie!! Juste une combinaison qui ne se contente pas de frôler la perfection mais qui EST la PERFECTION! Jacquetta Woodville est la mère d'Elizabeth Woodville, et son histoire, comme celle de sa fille, comme celle de sa petite fille( the white queen - the white princess), est rentrée dans mon coeur et y a trouvé sa place !
