I am looking for fabric for window curtains in a restaurant. Need stripes to show inside & outside without doubling it. Will this work?

Is this $2.50 for a yard of this fabric or for a swatch of this fabric?

Can you sew this on regular sewing machine using heavy duty thread?

If I buy multiple orders of this fabric does it come in one piece or cut up?
