I’m no plumber, not even close. However, I installed two leak free in less than an hour. Did I mention leak free, on first attempt no less? The product is good quality and I couldn’t be happier. The instructions were adequate and helpful. I’ll add that I used plumbers putty rather than the provided silicone gasket since I was replacing a drain pipe in an older sink. If it was a new sink I probably would have used the silicone gasket. I also used the included teflon tape for both connections. The pop-up works and looks great, and holds water without any issues. Definitely recommend this sink drain…if I can install it, anyone can!

Wow! That's what I call AMAZING customer service! I ordered this sink drain in September 2024. We had to wait about a month to install it since we still had to finish our homemade farmhouse vanity and install our (then) new vessel sink. Shortly after this we had trouble with the drain stop finish peeling. But we didn't get around to contacting customer support for KES until April 29th of this year, 2026. I was directed by Amazon support to go in through that specific order in the Amazon shopping app to get in touch with KES directly through their chat support. On May 8th the very nice support agent, Ana, sent me a tracking number. The drain cap arrived yesterday, May 22, in a small, well-padded and bubble-wrapped package. We have not had any other issues with the drain in the approximately 1.5 years since we installed it. In fact, I feel it is QUITE SOLID! I took a pic of the new drain cap installed and a video to show it is holding water well in our sink. The old one also always functional well. I just wanted to prove the success of our replacement cap. All-around verdict: SOLID product. SOLID customer support. HAPPY customer. 😊 Only regret? Not reaching out to them sooner. BONUS tip: You can take the drain cap off and clean out the basket underneath. May help if you have slow drainage. 😉

It is well made, heavy duty, easy to install and leak free on first try! The only downside side is that it is very large and stands quite tall in the sink. If you have a large sink , it’ll be perfect but in my sink it is borderline absurdly large. Mother in law says she’s fine with it so I think it will stay but something to keep in mind.

The one that came with my vessel sink broke within a couple of months. THis was a perfect fit and seals better too. It seems to be of much higher quality than the one that came with the sink.

Das KES Ablaufventil in Schwarz Matt überzeugt mit einfacher Bedienung und modernem Design. Es funktioniert einwandfrei und passt perfekt zu Waschbecken ohne Überlauf. Einziger Nachteil: Fingerabdrücke und Kalkflecken sind auf der matten Oberfläche schnell sichtbar. Dennoch bin ich insgesamt zufrieden.

Sieht Edel aus und kein 0/8/15 Daumen hoch...alles passgenau so wie ich es wollte...Qualität 1a kann man nur empfehlen

Bought a cheap "small round corner glass sink" off eBay a few years ago. The outflow was a cheap affair but worked fine until it totally disintegrated a while ago. This is an exact replacement but better quality. It took around 2 minutes to replace and we are back in business.
