The manufacturer should provide a pad dispenser that enables pad attachment without users needing to wear rubber gloves. I may switch to a competitor product that has such a system after I've used up my remaining pads.

**Q: is this cruelty free?**
A: This is a valid concern. This type of product is tested on animals, so no it is not cruelty free.

**Q: Is this ad a typo? The package reads it comes with 4 refills, not 24. Do you get 6 boxes with purchase?**
A: There are 6 gels in each of 4 tubes making total of 24 gels. Beware, don't throw away the pusher handle as there is only one of them to be used on each of four containers

**Q: Is this product safe for septic systems?**
A: Anything that contains bleach should be used with caution in a septic system as the bleach kills good bacteria. Bacteria is what keeps a septic system working.

**Q: I’m looking for unscented. Love the concept, hate the overpowering scent. Is an unscented version available?**

I don’t think they have the unsented version since the sent is part of the concept!

Es lo único que uso para lavar los inodoros. Es mucho más higiénico que tener un cepillo con tanta bacteria dentro de su contenedor. Nunca he tenido problema de que tape el inodoro, es biodegradable y tengo muchos años de usarlo me da gusto saber que ahora puedo comprar en Amazon y no tener que esperar hasta que vaya a USA .
