Perfect emergency or camping food. I added little less water as the instructions stated. Let it sit then added more water according to the stew texture I was aiming for. I didn’t mind the taste at all - good to have those canned-type veggies. The meat wasn’t too bad for freeze-dried. Overall taste was good. Salt content very high in case you’re watching your sodium intake. I just ate half of the bag and saved the other half in a microwave safe container. I added little more water the next day and poured some of the liquid out hoping to lower the sodium.
