Good belt but beware of D-link
I had been looking at different belts and decided to buy this one. I have been using this belt for a couple of months and like this belt for doing dips and pullups. It fits fairly comfortable and is pretty strong. However I did have an issue with this after using it just a few times. I am not sure if the D-link was fully closed when I received this, but I noticed it was open enough for the belt to slip off. I happen to see it when the belt was pulled a little sideways around the link. I fixed the link just by closing it with some pliers. I have not had any more problems with it since. I will update my review if I have anymore problems. I have used some weights up to 3- 35 lb plates for 105 pounds. I am happy with the purchase but warn future buyers of the possibilty of the link either bending or not being fully together.

Misleading thumbnail and short chain
Read carefully the chain is 28" which is very short for a dip belt. The picture with the guy in the red shirt is wearing a different dip belt. This chain is so short that it cannot fit a typical 45 pound plate without crushing your genitals.There is also no chance of the chain crossing your waist (like in the red shirt picture) to cinch the belt before looping through the weight. I will be replacing the chain with links from Home Depot. Spend a little bit more and get a better belt with an appropriate length chain.

CHEAP BELT THAT SEEMS TO WORK
WORKS FINE JUST CHEAPLY MADE DIPPPING BELT, BUT IT GET THE JOB DONE USED 90 LBS ON THIS BELT WITHOUT ANY ISSUES.
