The box just doesn’t work
The box doesn’t work it switch off switch on and leave me with a black screen I want to return it and get a new one please

Box worked perfectly for 6 months but now wont turn on. Disappointing.
Seems to be a power supply issue, the box won't turn on any more after 6 months of having no problems. For the price I would expect the product to last longer than 6 months!

Product was working without any issues for about 5 months now. Currently the box cannot switch on and no warranty to claim..... meaning waste of 430aed
