The Mary Ruth B12 spray I have been using is 2 sprays for a total dosage of 1500mcg which lasts 120 days / servings. The item that came up for reorder is a different flavor (strawberry vs mixed berry) and is only for 750mcg per serving yet requires 4 sprays just to get that much smaller dose. And, it only has 30 days’ worth of servings. For me, I would need to be spraying 8 times to get what I need & it would only last me a couple of weeks. I have permanent nerve damage from before my B12 deficiency was diagnosed. I need to keep my levels up or risk more health issues.
