does this lens work for the blackmagic pocket cinema camera?

Depends on the camera. If your camera has a micro four thirds mount, yes!

I have the cannon r5 with the rf ring adapter but when i try to hit the "record" or shutter button nothing happens?

Make sure your camera is set to manual mode and that your shutter lock is set to off when it does not recognize the lens

Do you have this lenses in pl mounts?

No, you would have to step up to the Xeen lenses. Same manufacture.

difference between thisone and the samyang 50 t1.5 ds?

There is no difference. Is the same lens but rebranded. Rokinon is the brand for America, Samyang for Asia and Bower for Europe. The main brand is Samyang Optics.
