Manoir 18 Piece Dinnerware Set, Creamy White | Porcelain dinnerware set made in Germany with intricate relief and rims, dishwasher and microwave safe, set for six

This is an exceptional deal. An exceptional pattern with rich history. Made in Germany and of high quality porcelain, Villeroy & Boch technically began production on this particular model in the 1980's however Villeroy & Boch first created the pattern in the 1700's. It is gorgeous. The plates are wonderful and large. The appetizer plates are of appropriate size and the soup bowls are not jumbo, just the right size proportionally for a traditional tablescape. For some reason, they have discontinued the Manoir line. I can't think of why unless they plan to bring it back with an alteration in the future. This is a historic pattern by a historic company dating back 3 centuries. I bought two of these 18-piece sets. They are very durable, very heavy for their size, and I would absolutely recommend others buy them, especially at this price while they can because they were originally $400 for one set of 18 pieces.

I’ve been using Villeroy & Boch Manoir for quite some time now, and I’m very happy with this set. The design is elegant, classic, and versatile. It looks beautiful on its own and also mixes wonderfully with vintage and modern dinnerware. One of the biggest advantages is that it is both dishwasher and microwave safe. This makes it practical for everyday use while still feeling special enough for entertaining guests. Unfortunately, two plates arrived broken during shipping. However, Amazon resolved the issue very quickly and professionally, which left me extremely satisfied with both the product and the customer service.

I have been searching for a white dish set for several months. After reading the reviews, of many dish sets, I noticed the same complaints. Even the well known brands were cheaply made. These had good reviews and were on a good sale. I took the chance and I’m extremely happy with my purchase!! I didn’t need coffee cups. The soup bowls are fine for us. They are slightly creamy color. The glazing is beautiful. The pattern subtle but elegant. And they are from Germany, not from China. One salad plate was broken, but Amazon took care of it right away! Again, I’m very pleased! You can buy one plate-as someone else suggested-to see the quality for yourself.

Fantastic dinnerware, Manoir is beautiful and functional. We are ecstatic it’s available at Amazon. Unfortunately on our last purchase two of the large dinner plates arrived broken and there is no mechanism to get a partial refund or replacement.

Poor delivery, box arrived not properly packed and 1 plate was broken. No way to contact Vendor to request for them to send a replacement plate. Now we have a problem because we can't use the fully set with a missing plate.
