i had a very pain knee joint - i was in agony standing and sitting, life was pretty miserable. My other voltrarol gel was running out, and i saw the reviews for this and all though it cost a bit more looked good. It did not disappoint - i put some on at bed time and by the morning i was in much less pain and discomfort, by the second day I was in minor discomfort but able to walk and sit/stand without any issue.
