This was a nice holiday splurge. Marzipan was soft, fresh, and flakey which emphasized the almonds rather than being sugary sweet. The milk chocolate coating was thin and added just the right amount of sweetness. A slice after dinner with fresh fruit was perfect after a heavy holiday meal.

And my German mother-in-law taught me this is the best! She likes the dark chocolate in the red wrapper..... I like the milk chocolate in the blue wrapper!

The price of this is expensive for the quantity. And it taste like extract.

Tastes good, my friend peferred dark chocolate but still made short work of the milk chocolate one I brought by mistake! Very nice taste but a bit expensive.

This is a fantastic reminder of the German marzipan I had as a child when I used to live there. Its not too expensive and its perfect to chomp on over the weekend. I fully recommend this bar of marzipan covered in chocolate, its lovely for all marzipan lovers.
