So happy to find this and comes in various sizes of lumps. If you’ve never used ... I highly recommend trying. It Is definitely a pungent type of salt, as described, with a smell of hard-boiled-eggs because of the sulfer content. I adore this grated (with a small Parmesan style grater) over fresh tomatoes and egg mayonnaise ... it brings out the flavour so deeply. I have never been able to find in mainstream supermarkets so thank you for being able to order.
